I am proud to work alongside my father – and Company Founder – Shane Couttie and together with our highly experienced team of freight management specialists, we offer cost-effective freight solutions, with genuinely personalised customer service.

Having worked for EFS for 15 years, for me, it all begins with relationships. The delivery of our quality customer care is made possible thanks to the strength of the relationships we have built with everyone along our supply chain.

I come from a HR background, having experience in the transport industry prior to my role with EFS.

Since starting with EFS in early 2019, I have implemented and rolled out freight management software that has significantly changed the way our business operates. We are able to save customers time and money giving them full visibility in everything they do.
